Q1: I feel like the mouse is skipping or not responsive during use.
A:The mouse's signal transmission can be affected by various factors. Common causes of tracking errors/skipping include:
1. The distance between the mouse and its receiver is too great.
2. Significant same-frequency interference near the mouse or receiver from other 2.4GHz wireless devices (e.g., other wireless mice/keyboards), Bluetooth devices, routers, or microwave ovens.
3. The computer's performance capabilities.
4. The material of the mouse pad being used.
5. Interference caused by high-speed data transmission on USB 3.0 (or higher) ports affecting wireless devices connected to adjacent USB 2.0 ports on the same system.
6. The sensor lens on the bottom of the mouse is dirty.

Several solutions can be attempted to resolve this issue:
1.Place the receiver on the desktop using the extension adapter. Connect the adapter end to a USB 2.0 port on the back of the computer case, keeping it as far away from USB 3.0 ports as possible.
2. Position the mouse and receiver away from other wireless devices (if conditions permit). Switch your router to the 5GHz band (if your equipment allows).
3. Set your computer's power plan to "High Performance." Enable the "Wireless Turbo" function in the mouse driver and click the adjacent "Wireless Optimization" button to cycle through modes.
4. Use a high-quality cloth mouse pad whenever possible.
5. Clean the sensor lens on the bottom of the mouse.

Q2: The left and right mouse buttons feel or sound different when clicked.
A:
It is quite common for the left and right buttons to feel or sound slightly different. This phenomenon exists even among major manufacturers. Even with two switches that have the same actuation force, there can be subtle differences in actual clicking feel. Additionally, due to design variations in the overall structure, the left and right buttons are not perfectly identical. Therefore, even with the exact same switches, differences in feel and sound between the left and right buttons are possible.

Q3: The mouse cursor is not moving properly / The mouse is not functioning.
A:
1. Please ensure that the sensor lens on the bottom of the mouse is not blocked or covered.
2. Lightly dampen a microfiber cloth with alcohol and gently clean the mouse sensor lens.
3. Make sure the mouse is connected directly to your computer, not through a docking station, hub, or similar device.
4. Try resetting the mouse to factory settings: First, switch the power button to the OFF position. Then, press and hold the DP button on the bottom for 3 seconds. Finally, switch the power button back to the ON position. Check if the issue is resolved.
5. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Q4: The mouse buttons have excessive pre-travel / feel loose before clicking.
A:
The mouse features split-button design. To ensure faster trigger response, it does not incorporate a button pre-tension system. Therefore, a certain amount of pre-travel is considered normal.

Q5: Mouse cursor jumping or stuttering.
A:
1. Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the sensor area on the bottom of the mouse.
2. Clean your mouse pad.
3. Try unplugging the mouse cable/receiver and plugging it into a different USB port on your computer.
4. Close or exit driver software for other peripheral devices running in the background to check for potential software conflicts.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the USB mouse driver via Windows Device Manager.
6. Increase the Lift-Off Distance (LOD) setting in the driver software.
7. If possible, test the mouse on another computer and mouse pad to isolate the issue.

Q6: The scroll wheel is experiencing reverse scrolling / scrolling back in the opposite direction.
A:
1. Please ensure your mouse firmware is up to date. If not, please update to the latest version.
2. There may be debris or dust inside the scroll wheel. Try using a blower or compressed air to clean the scroll wheel and the gaps around it.

If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Q7: Stuttering occurs when playing specific games at high polling rates, while other games run smoothly.
A: Certain games developed with older engines may not support high mouse polling rates.

Q8: How do I charge the mouse? Are there any precautions?
A:Please use the included data cable connected directly to a computer for charging. Do not use a fast charger.
The red LED indicator will be on while charging and will turn off once the mouse is fully charged.
